By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Our services support healthcare providers in monitoring implanted cardiac devices.We do not provide medical advice. All health-related decisions should be made by you and your healthcare provider.In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
3. Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to:Provide accurate and up-to-date information.Use the services only for lawful purposes and as intended.Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Communications (Email and SMS)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:Rhythm Management Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rhythm Management Group harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms or misuse our services. You may stop using our services at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
