These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Rhythm Management Group (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our remote monitoring for implanted cardiac devices, website, and communication services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Our services support healthcare providers in monitoring implanted cardiac devices. We do not provide medical advice. All health-related decisions should be made by you and your healthcare provider. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, use the services only for lawful purposes and as intended, and not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
By providing your email or mobile number, you consent to receive communications related to your care and our services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time, though certain critical service and health-related messages cannot be opted out of.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All content, software, and technology used in our services are owned by or licensed to Rhythm Management Group. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Our services may involve integration with third-party providers (e.g., device manufacturers, communication vendors). We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or security of these third-party services.
We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous availability. We may suspend or discontinue services at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhythm Management Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rhythm Management Group harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms or misuse our services. You may stop using our services at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
