Rhonda, as President and Founder of RMG overseeing all operations for the company and utilizes her vast skill set to provide the very best service on all levels of Rhythm’s offerings. With strong clinical skills, device management expertise and vast experience with each major device manufacturer, Rhonda has led Rhythm Management Group, since its launch in 2011.
Rhonda began her career as a Registered Nurse in the post open-heart surgical Intensive Critical Unit at the Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, Ohio. At the Cleveland Clinic, Rhonda gained her first exposure to implanted and temporary pacemakers and defibrillators.
With a strong nursing background in cardiology, Rhonda made the transition to a Clinical Cardiac Device Specialist. All combined, Rhonda has achieved over 15 years of cardiac device experience. Her first industry opportunity was with Medtronic in Washington, DC in 2000. At Medtronic, she worked as a Clinical Sales Representative for nearly 6 years.
After leaving Medtronic, Rhonda chose to return to a clinical setting and began working as the Director of the Pacemaker Clinic at Washington Hospital Center. This was an exceptional opportunity, adding increased exposure to each manufacturers’ devices and programmer. During her tenure at Washington Hospital Center Rhonda began the pursuit of an MBA at Johns Hopkins, earning a diploma in 2008 from the Business of Medicine graduate program. Upon leaving Washington Hospital Center she joined St. Jude Medical and worked as a Sales Representative for over 4 years.
Rhonda graduated from Malone University, Canton, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and currently resides in Washington, DC, with her significant other and two children.
