Rachelle currently manages Rhythm’s Human Resource responsibilities. Prior to Rachelle’s role in HR she served as an administrative manager and a sales representative.
Rachelle’s duties included strategic customer sourcing, contract development and negotiation, value analysis, customer management, and development and retention through relationship building and strengthening.
Rachelle’s prior career path includes working for Pfizer as a Sales Representative. Rachelle worked in a variety of therapeutic areas where she initiated new business and successfully increased territory growth. Additionally, Rachelle created solutions in strategy formulation and relationship building with physicians and medical staff. Included in Rachelle’s responsibilities was sample inventory management as well as new product launches.
Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Malone University and has completed post-graduate advanced training in cardiac rhythm management from ATI.
