  • Analyze assigned territory for business opportunities, evaluate those opportunities and develop a strategic sales plan to attract growth of the organization’s products.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned territory.
  • Assess the needs of customers through exploration calls and on-site customer visits to provide them with the best solution offering that will be most beneficial to their organization
  • Partner with onboarding specialist to ensure all customers are properly onboarded with organization’s services and/or systems.
  • Successfully navigate device clinics and health care systems, influence buying decisions and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Keep the company informed about market dynamics and competitive activity.
  • Routinely visit with current customers to ensure product satisfaction and that all product issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
  • Develop strong rapport with all device clinic and health care system personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, in-person meetings, participation in conferences).
  • Strengthens customer relationships by performing sales support activities (e.g. internal and external customer training, orientations, prompt issue resolution, and new product/services updates).
  • Maintains clinical and technical expertise by attending company product training sessions.
  • Partners with the marketing team to create and develop additional materials to help grow in product awareness.



  • 3-7 years of selling experience, medical industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience/knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm medical devices, preferred.
  • Proven track record, consistent achievement of sales plan
  • Ability to develop, maintain and leverage strong relationships with customers
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Business and financial acumen
